As the owner of a large RV dealership, I'm very sensitive about the quality of service to customers. When we saw the car we were interested in on the internet I was hesitant to try to buy the car over the about the quality of service to customers. Especially a car like a Bentley Convertible. Simply by luck, when I called the store. I made contact with a salesperson by the name of Hank. From the beginning I realized I was dealing with a real professional with uncommon integrity and customer empathy. Hank took pictures of every detail of the car. He followed up on our concern and made our buying decission a positive and tension free experience. There are a few salespeople who do a good job in following up before a sale but one in a thousand follow up after the sale confirming our on going satisfaction. Hank could and should teach a class on the importance of personalized customer service. I would highly recommend Hank and the other team matts If they are anything like Hank.
