Overall good. More explanation of when reports are run would make me give a higher score. Giving me reports after things are completed is confusing. I purchased a car from Norm Reeves prior to them being acquired by Clay Cooley. When the service center was still owned and operated by Norm Reeves, I never had issues as the technicians and clerks were c acquired by Clay Cooley. When the service center was still owned and operated by Norm Reeves, I never had issues as the technicians and clerks were clearly trained to care about customer satisfaction. When I heard Clay Cooley took over I was immediately concerned because I have never had a good experience with that dealership ownership team. With that in mind, it was no surprise that literally the very first time I take my car to the now Clay Cooley service center, I had issues. I brought my car in for a service that was covered under my warranty and they basically refused to say that it would be covered and forced me to sign off on paying 250$ IF the assessment found that the repair was not in warranty. Fortunately, they found my repair was in my warranty and covered it. Unfortunately, my car was brought in with a battery that was functional and was not the issue for which I had brought it in for, but by the end of the 7 days that it took them to complete the simple repair I came in to get done on my vehicle, they had somehow drained the battery in my car. The battery which had been functioning fine up until I brought it into service. I am sure that if this was Norm Reeves, they would have had the integrity to replace my battery as a part of the repair, but this was not the case with Clay Cooley. There had to have been something done wrong on their end to essentially drain the life out of my battery. I don't know maybe they left the light on over night due to carelessness or something like that. But of course, I am the one who has to foot the bill for the battery that died on Clay Cooley mechanics watch. Bottom line, if I take my car to a mechanic I don't expect to have it returned to me with an issue that wasn't there when it was dropped off, but instead at Clay Cooley I left with a new 442$ problem. I trusted Norm Reeves but if you come here expecting that same customer care quality I would tell you not to. In fact, potentially expect to leave with a bigger bill than what you came in to fix. While this dealership maintains a superior inventory of Hyundai Palisades within the metropolitan area, the financing process is notably inefficient. The dealership lacks partnerships with major financial Hyundai Palisades within the metropolitan area, the financing process is notably inefficient. The dealership lacks partnerships with major financial institutions and refused to honor our pre-approved loan, citing a questionable one-week processing delay for external lenders. Although we ultimately secured financing through PNC Bank, the terms reflected in the final statement were inconsistent with our initial agreement, and the finance representative provided insufficient transparency regarding loan details. Furthermore, the customer experience was severely compromised by an inoperative air conditioning system during extreme 105-degree weather. Additionally, unauthorized costs were applied to the agreement despite my explicit instructions to the contrary. More

I went in for a regular service. I got there much earlier than my appt time. I planned to Uber to the office and come back when done. They went ahead and did my car immediately so I got there much earlier than my appt time. I planned to Uber to the office and come back when done. They went ahead and did my car immediately so I waited in the waiting room. Probably saved me a hundred dollars in Ubering to the office and back! On top of that, when I went to pay out, the charge was actually $25 less than the quote they gave me. I've never seen that happen before! Net-net, I was very happy with my experience! If am going to ding anything, It's that they put the sticker on my windshield as a reminder for the next service. It does not align with Genesis recommended service. 5,000 miles versus 7,000 miles. I was told once that they do that due to tire rotation requirements. My Genesis has different size tires front and back to rotations are not done for my vehicle. If I was someone that didn't pay attention, then I would be bringing my car back for services 2,000 miles too soon. That's not very cool. They should fix that. More
