I am disappointed with what I was told during the sale. I was told that they could add running boards to the truck for $245.00. When I picked it up, I was charged $275.00. I was also told that they would clear the moisture from the head lamp covers. Twice I have reminded them and twice it has not been done. I was told they would call when they could get to it and have not received a call yet after waiting 2 weeks. More

I came in to purchase an Acadia. I had made an appointment via telephone for 2 pm. When I arrived I sat In a salesman’s cubicle for 40 minutes before I was Told the vehicle was in service it would appointment via telephone for 2 pm. When I arrived I sat In a salesman’s cubicle for 40 minutes before I was Told the vehicle was in service it would be 3:30 before I could Look at it. I came Back at 3:30 and was told it would be another hour. I did End up purchasing the vehicle because I had My heart set on it- but the lack of communication is definitely a deterrent for recommending a quick purchase. More
