Toyota care is a scam. There’s no care for the car in the first 2 years or 25,000 miles- first oil change is not accomplished until 10,000 miles. That makes no sense. They basically did nothing for me on this visit other than inspect a brand new car and state it was good. What a waste of time! Started getting contacted by dealerships because of True Car.Almost all were not pushy. But in general in 2019 the sequence was different. Internet guy put me in touch with manager or sales person, or sales manager. Herb Chambers Boston was very polite and social, Took test ride with another sales person and looked the car over. Got back to show room and sat down with the sales manager. Richard. Struck a deal. Went back to the sales person with whom I had the test drive. Asked a few questions. He took care of everything needed done for me to take delivery. Great experience. They had a car I wanted. Never thought I would go to Boston to buy a car. May even go there to have the car serviced.
