We received a good deal including factory incentives and the Costco buying discounts. We would gladly recommend Reno Buick GMC Cadillac, and salesman Harold Solano to anyone. Harold was especially great, even after we took delivery. Since we didn’t require any financing we can’t comment any further. Parts for Buick weren’t available at first, Daylen suggested we call parts to find out about part availability. Ernie, in Fleet Parts, was especially helpful in locating GM factory parts for our Buick that are out of production. I’m sure when you get parts in, and we get our Buick repaired we’ll be happy! We picked up the Canyon yesterday from your Truck Center after they installed the Bra, and spraying LUXCARE Protection. We’ll be back there when the skid plates we ordered arrive for instillation. More
