End of lease to new truck Since I've become a GMC owner they have treated me very well. My first truck was a lease and had a few minor issues with it. When I was in last to get Since I've become a GMC owner they have treated me very well. My first truck was a lease and had a few minor issues with it. When I was in last to get it looked at I met Harold Salano, he saw that I was a little unhappy with this and went out of his way to make it right. We went on a few test drives and he took me to Starbucks. After talking he said that he could probably get me out of my lease and into something else. After finding the vehicle I wanted, he did just that. Not wasting any time he brought me three offers, one of which I could not turn down. The disappointment starts with the service team, the due bills are obviously last on there priority list as it took 3 hours to swap 4 tires between my trade in and new truck. I had an 8 am appointment by 9:40 they were able to locate my trade in truck. This lack of motivation in the service department is very disappointing. Daylen the service writer was straightforward and good to deal with, he is not the cause of the issue. More
