Hans and his service were excellent. The director of finance, I think his name is Scott, was less than helpful and had an attitude when I refused to buy an extra warranty on the car. He also refused to use the bank of my choosing and left off my in house warranty balance off of the car. I had to go back SEVERAL times to get things completed. If It weren’t for Hans I probably would’ve thrown in the towel. I’m honestly not sure that I will use Mastrovito in the future. I was a returning customer purchasing a second vehicle and that’s how I was treated. The owner Frank was great in listening to what had happened. I just hope it doesn’t happen to someone else. More
