They only have one guy and I waited hours to sit with him after I selected the car I wanted. He will talk about everything but the business at hand. He is extremely unfocused. Weeks after leaving with car he is still contacting me for additional documents that he should have already asked for. This experience was the worst I have ever had with a car purchase. More

It's great that they have shifted their sales approach of "wheeling and dealing" with customers to working the "numbers" with you! I also liked that they had a better selection of new vehicle inventory compared to other local Ford dealerships. It was a one stop shop!!! I'd definitely recommend Windward Ford Hawaii! More
