GUSTAVO TOOK ADVANTAGE OF MY MOM! $640 Month Accord LX I am writing this review on behalf of my Mother. My mom went to White Plains Honda to lease a Honda Accord LX. Gustavo took advantage of her. He insis I am writing this review on behalf of my Mother. My mom went to White Plains Honda to lease a Honda Accord LX. Gustavo took advantage of her. He insisted $640 a month was the best price they could do due to her credit score being 600. He tried to sweeten the deal by throwing in “free” oil changes for the term of the lease. HE FAILED TO MENTION IT WASNT FREE! He added thousands of dollars into the contract for these “free” oil changes just to make commission for adding services to the lease. I am disgusted with his dishonesty! More

The best place to get a car! My lease on my first Honda was coming up and I came back to White Plains Honda to see if I could finance my 2015 Honda Civic. Little did I know that l My lease on my first Honda was coming up and I came back to White Plains Honda to see if I could finance my 2015 Honda Civic. Little did I know that later on that night would I be leaving with a brand new car! Donna Lozinsky helped me lease my first car three years prior. I was so excited to have her help me yet again with this appointment. I have been financially struggling, so I didn't even think it was possible for me to lease another brand new Honda. Thanks to Donna and the rest of the Honda team, I was able to get a brand new 2017 Honda Civic! The effort the whole team put into making this possible was nothing short of amazing. They treat you with such respect and definitely ease the situation for you(getting a new car can be extremely stressful). Donna is such a hard working, intelligent, and loyal consultant. I truly believe if I went to any other dealership, I wouldn't have gotten the same experience or even a brand new car! I absolutely love and adore Donna and the rest of the Honda team. I must also mention that I'm obsessed with this car! I'm positive I'll be back for yet another lease in three years! Thank you White Plains Honda!!! More

It went pretty smooth, I didn't have to stress myself out with anything because they took care of everything. On the other hand, my finance manager Gustavo did an excellent job and I wasn't expecting to get out of his office so fast. Raquel Arellano did an excellent job as well by showing me the technology of the car, any question I had she answered them and didn't hesitate to explain it again, she was very sweet. Will definitely be sending my friends to buy their cars here :) More

Horrible experience Dealing with this service center I've had SEVERAL bad experiences. The first time I went I needed an oil change and was told my truck needed a tune up Dealing with this service center I've had SEVERAL bad experiences. The first time I went I needed an oil change and was told my truck needed a tune up, which I paid $400 for. I left thinking the tune up was done and the oil was changed. When my husband checked the car we realized that they didn't even do the tune up. He went to complain and then they finally took the truck back and did the tune up which should've been done since I just paid $400 for, which was a complete waste of my time and such an inconvenience. Then, I had to go back because there was a problem with the tire on the driver side. They changed my tire and later on I realized they had rotated my tires and had given me a used tire. Then,I was told about how good the buyers protection plan for the keys and tires were. I was told that if I paid a fee of $1,645 I could get a spare key made at any given time and they would make it for me. Well, I was not correctly informed by the sales associate about what this really entitles. I found out that this plan does not work in the way I was told. Now I'm out of $900. My overall experiences have been horrible. How could they think because I'm a woman they could get over on me and more money out of me. I have a been a very loyal customer for many years now and I would NEVER recommend this location to anyone. More
