The easiest car deal we have ever made. We were in and out in just a couple of hours, which I was dreading because buying a car usually takes most of the day. Thanks, Gunner and Richard, We were in and out in just a couple of hours, which I was dreading because buying a car usually takes most of the day. I had Gunner as my salesman, and he was exceptional. He successfully secured the car I desired and negotiated favorable payment terms, even without a down payment. He successfully secured the car I desired and negotiated favorable payment terms, even without a down payment. More

Issued me a purchase order on a 2024 Hummer EV, then sold it to another buyer the next day. They confirmed in writing that my credit union's 24-hour funding timeline worked, asked for my driver's license it to another buyer the next day. They confirmed in writing that my credit union's 24-hour funding timeline worked, asked for my driver's license and proof of insurance, and emailed the purchase order that night. I bound insurance on the VIN, funded the loan, and arranged transport. The following afternoon they told me the truck was being sold to someone else — and that the only way I could still buy it was to finance through them instead of my credit union. They also refused a wire and required a certified check, which created the delay they sold the vehicle in. I have the purchase order and the full text thread. More

This has been the worst experience I have ever had buying a car. Which I still don't have 3 weeks later. It's to the point I'm filing a complaint directly with Texas OCCC regarding this dealership a car. Which I still don't have 3 weeks later.
