My experience at Audi Beaverton, working with Griffin Palmer, was the exact opposite of everything I feared. Fun, thoughtful, human, transparent - I can’t recommend this team of wonderful humans enough. If you’re thinking about purchasing a vehicle, I highly suggest paying them a visit. Best car buying experience I’ve ever had (this was my third vehicle purchase) - and best/only post-purchase experience! Instead of handing me keys and waving me off, Griffin spent 30-40+ minutes (at 6p on a Sunday evening, mind you) helping me personalize the vehicle settings and educating me on its unique capabilities and answering questions about things I hadn’t thought to ask about during the various test drives we went on.
