I knew it would take 2-3 months for my car to receive the battery plus installation, but there was no loaner car offered (Jesus was sure that the manufacturer would offer, which they didn’t. He was kind enough to text me the number to the manufacturer as well. Nor did my insurance—which is full coverage.) which was an inconvenience, of course. The guys at the shop were friendly, helpful, and professional. It was just all the waiting and having no car which was of inconvenience. More
