Excellent Service 2 weeks ago, Service Advisor Greg Andrews' suggested I have the maintenance check that includes a brake check. Thanks to that brake work, I was able 2 weeks ago, Service Advisor Greg Andrews' suggested I have the maintenance check that includes a brake check. Thanks to that brake work, I was able to slow down and avoid hitting an erratic driver who changed lanes without signaling. Greg's honesty and integrity as well as the outstanding work of the mechanics keep me going back to Millennium Honda. More

Excellent Service Advisor I have been bringing my Hondas in for service at Millenium Honda in Hempstead for many years now as it's convenient to where I work. I have developed a wonderful relationship with my Service Advisor, Greg Andrews, who is always there for me and always meets or exceeds my needs. Greg greets me heartily by name whenever I come in, makes me feel welome, always provides information and education to me so I can make an educated decision, and consistently follow up to let me know when my vehicles are ready for pick up. I truly appreciate our working relationship. Greg should be nominated for Servcie Advisor of the Year! More

Very happy customer!!! Today I brought my 2013 Honda Ridgeline in for service and had a wonderful experience. Greg Andrews has been taking car of my cars for years and he is Today I brought my 2013 Honda Ridgeline in for service and had a wonderful experience. Greg Andrews has been taking car of my cars for years and he is the best service manager/advisor I could wish for. I feel confident that I am getting the best advise and really trust Greg to tell me what's going on with my car and what it needs to keep it in tip top shape. He has years of experience and is really knowledgeable. I currently own three cars from this dealership: a Fit , a Civic and the ridgeline. Greg expertly takes care of them all and will continue to do so for years to come. It's a good feeling to know you can trust the person who takes care of the our cars. I highly recommend Greg and the whole service team. From the second you pull in and are greeted to when you pull away it is a great experince. The cashier that helped was so nice and friendly. Great team and my car gets fixed right the first time. More

I've been dealing with Greg off a I came in to Millenium Honda for servicing on my 2011 Honda Accord. I requested Greg Andrews as my Service Agent. I've been dealing with Greg off and on for more than 15 years. In fact, he helped me out on the morning of 9/11 before I went off to my office in the World Trade Center. As usual, Greg was friendly, quick and efficient. That's why I request him when I come in. More

$1000 OIL CHANGE!! Brought my sons 2002 Honda in for $25 oil chg w coupon and was told it needed: a new drive belt, timing belt, had a cracked engine mount, had an oil l Brought my sons 2002 Honda in for $25 oil chg w coupon and was told it needed: a new drive belt, timing belt, had a cracked engine mount, had an oil leak, and needed the tires aligned. The service rep was insistent on the emergent repairs claiming that the car would lose control on the highway. However, according to two separate outside mechanics nothing but the oil leak was true and it was caused by the dealership not putting the plug bk when the oil was changed. The car was taken bk to Millennium to have the plug replaced and the Service Mgr scrambled to make excuses for the false repair list. He claimed most were based on the age of the car and that they had not actually been checked. He apologized profusely, repaired the oil leak, and offered a courtesy car wash. Really??!! Don't make the mistake of being manipulated by this dealership. I never write reviews but I wish someone would have written one before I went in. My advice to you is to go elsewhere as this is a dishonest dealership that doesn't care about their reputation. Good luck with that Millenium, bad service chatter travels fast! More
