After talking with Keith, I decided to make appointment and stopped by Heritage Honda of Westminster this morning to see what they can help me with trading my 2017 BMW X1 for 2022 Civic EX. Every time I visited this dealership, I always received great service. As soon as I walked thru the door, I was met by Sale Associate (Kaleb Crawford) … he asked can I helped you. He connected me with Sale Associate (Chloe Ford), she did an outstanding job communicating my requirement to the Sales Manager (Joan Figuereo). Also, she had a young man who was in training/working with her. The Sale Manager (Mr. J. Figuereo) went above and beyond to meet my needs/helping me get into the right vehicle at the right price. What I can stay about the Finance Manager (Gregg Smith); he does good work/very knowledgeable/he knows how to work the numbers. Overall, Team at Heritage Honda Westminster did an outstanding job. Is her supervisor, he goes above and beyond also to make sure the customer is happy with the whole car buying experience. Honor and John are an amazing team! Gregg was in charge of finance, he explained warranties, additional coverage that are available, he is excellent and also makes the whole process very comfortable. His personality is the greatest! He works very diligently to get you what you want within your budget. He even bought me lunch because I was there through lunchtime. Honda is an excellent product, this is my 5th Honda that I have owned, I love Honda, I have not ever had a bad Honda! I have found that the employees of Honda seem happy with their jobs, which is very important! The service department is also excellent. They are all very professional and well trained with Honda!
