She was the only person at more than 7 dealers that I contacted who was proactive to do a dealer locate to find exactly what I was looking for at another Mile One dealership (another advantage of the dealer to be able to draw from a larger inventory) and went to pick it up herself. The price was competitive to other dealers but Chloe MADE the deal happen with her diligence. More

Best dealership experience I have ever had! Went in for a test drive appointment in the morning. Everything was ready to go and all the people who helped me were so friendly! Chloe was super sweet and asked me what I was looking for in a car to make sure I was getting everything I wanted. This was my first time buying a car on my own and financing, so I was kind of nervous...but Chloe and Jared helped to find monthly payments that worked for me! Jared and Gregg even secured a low APR of 5.6%, even though I've never had a car loan before. They're also super flexible with payments, so I can pay off the loan early with no penalties! My car was in pretty rough shape and needed a new transmission, but I was still able to trade in, and Chloe ceremoniously drove my first car away. Great experience. I love my car, so I won't be going back soon, but when I do decide to upgrade, this will be my first choice. More
