David was professional, friendly, and honest, which is all anybody that’s ever purchased a vehicle wants. I wish more dealership managers and salespeople would understand this. He gave me firm numbers through email/text that were confirmed by his general manager before I drove out to the dealership which was not that close by. When I purchased my second car, I went into the dealership for a test drive. I mentioned that I was only interested in test driving the car and that I was looking at other models. He followed up with an email and a call to let me know that he would be happy to assist me. Then, he gave me the time and space to make my decision. I went to another Honda dealership to test drive a different model car and had a completely different experience. I received the "high pressure sales approach" with constant phone calls and emails even though I mentioned that I just wanted to test drive a vehicle. We followed up with Rob and they negotiated an INCREDIBLE deal for me on both the new car AND on our trade in! I HIGHLY recommend Rob. He is honest, listens to his customers and respects their wishes! More
