Buyer beware! I was sold a 2024 Hyundai Sante Fe Hybrid AWD Calligraphy. The monetary portion of the deal was what appeared to be good. However, after taking deliv I was sold a 2024 Hyundai Sante Fe Hybrid AWD Calligraphy. The monetary portion of the deal was what appeared to be good. However, after taking delivery of the vehicle I noticed the vehicle had 3 different brands of tire on it. Firestone on RF, Pirelli on LF, and a matching set of Falken on the rear but the rear tires were under the factory load rating. So, 4 tires that make driving the vehicle a major safety issue. It is common knowledge that an all wheel drive vehicle MUST have 4 matching tires! I was told, and trusted, that the dealership done a safety check and trusted the vehicle would be safe to drive, so that's on me because I believed them. After waiting 5 business days for a callback, with several attempts to contact Scott, my wife texted the dealership general mail box. Scott called me back within 30min and informed me that they "went above and beyond" in supplying me with a second key fob and he would not help me with the tire issue. He said the tires had good tread and "that's all that matters". I had expected Lockhart to be an honest and reputable dealership. I was wrong. If you are considering buying from them please check the vehicle thoroughly and don't trust Lockhart to have done a safety inspection. From my experience they could care less about your safety once they have your money! Sad.... More
