Just purchased my fourth vehicle from Vision Hyundai, 2022 Hyundai Santa Cruz. I was so surprised how quickly they were able to locate the vehicle I wanted and within a week and a half was ready for the 2022 Hyundai Santa Cruz. I was so surprised how quickly they were able to locate the vehicle I wanted and within a week and a half was ready for the delivery. Salesman, Jim Tambe easy to work with and He kept me informed through whole way. I also have another vehicle A Hyundai Sedona hybrid that my wife drives needed some repairs. Stay away! There is no customer service once vehicle is purchased. Manager refused to speak with me when I have a legitimate complaint. I am driving a 2021 with illegal plates because the dealership can' purchased. Manager refused to speak with me when I have a legitimate complaint. I am driving a 2021 with illegal plates because the dealership can't conduct a simple plate transfer from the car I traded. NYS DMV can't untangle the mess Vision made. My next step is to hire an attorney. My experience with Vision has been a nightmare. More
