I ordered rain guards for my windows and the first one came in broken but they didn't check until I arrived to have them installed. The second set was installed but I was not told that I had to leave the came in broken but they didn't check until I arrived to have them installed. The second set was installed but I was not told that I had to leave the windows up for 24 to 48 hours for them to set. I put the windows down and had to return to the dealer to have the windows close the whole way. More

No pressure dealership kinda at least I didn’t feel that way. Dylan was a good and patient salesman not pushy. We did buy a vehicle that day my first Mitsubishi my wife and I really liked the car and the mi way. Dylan was a good and patient salesman not pushy. However the car is Black and dusty and I didn’t notice all the scratches in the paint until it was washed and I feel the service department should have noticed it and the passenger side window has signs of the window darkening coming off.
