We have been customers of Honda since the 80's. Obviously we have been extremely satisfied with the Honda cars we have purchased/leased as we are returning customers. We have done business with Greg Hoag, who in our opinion, is a first class salesman. Greg makes sure we get the best deal we can and if they don't have the color of car we want on the lot, they find the car for us. We consider Greg a friend. He makes you feel important and always remembers our names. He is truly an enjoyable salesman to work with. We have worked with Chad Erwin, the finance director, on our last two CRV's. He is efficient, friendly, and works with us on pricing on the extended warranties. He has all the paperwork ready when we go to his office and makes sure to answer all of our questions. We will continue to be Honda of Lincoln customers. This is always a great car experience for us and we would recommend this dealership to anyone. It's nice to see familiar faces when we return to the dealership, which speaks highly of the longevity and dedication of their employees. More

I was referred by a frien I had an amazing experience at Honda of Lincoln. I was in the market for a Honda CRV EX-L 4WD and it had to have XM Radio. I was referred by a friend to Greg Hoag. This was the best referral I could have received. Greg was so patient with me and really listened to my needs and wants. He did an amazing job of using our time together very wisely. He was always prepared which allowed me to test drive all different kinds of vehicles to see which one was the best fit. After sometime I realized I really wanted a CRV. Greg did a great job at remembering the XM Radio and making sure all the SUVs that he told me about offered XM Radio. I mentioned to him that I would like to put the car search on hold during the winter months. He was understanding and waited till mid-March to reach out. It was the perfect timing, not only was I ready to make a purchase he found the perfect CRV. It offered everything I needed, wanted and then some. I couldn't have asked for a better SUV. The price was perfect and after a test drive I was sold. I was relieved to find out that even the paperwork and financing part was a breeze. I met with Chad Erwin, he was awesome. He had a great personality and I felt very comfortable while meeting with him and signing all the forms. Chad did an excellent job at going through each piece of information so that I understood what I was signing. I felt at ease FOR ONCE while in the financing dept. of a car dealership. Chad explain the warranties in detail, Gap Auto Insurance, etc. He allowed me time to think about warranties and went over multiple plans that were available. He explained which one was the best option and backed up his opinions with figures, which I appreciated. He made the process painless! We actually talked a little about how nice people are in Nebraska and Lincoln specifically. Chad was a perfect example of this. After what felt like just a few minutes, I was out of there and into my new SUV. This is my first Honda and I’m thinking at this point the first of many. Or maybe not, because Hondas run forever. We leased a 2012 Honda Accord through Greg Hoag in December 2011 and was very pleased with his thorough details of the car itself and the lease process. He very carefully went over all the designs and functions of the car and I even test drove a couple before deciding on the right one. Unfortunately, I was in an accident which totaled my 2012 Honda Accord. When my husband called Greg he was quite concerned and wanted to know if I was okay. He then assured Bill that they had a 2014 Accord the same color that I liked so much in the showroom and would hold it for me for a few days until I was able to drive again. We then came in and we leased a 2014 Accord from Greg once again. It was quick and painless. Thank you to Greg and all the other people at Honda of Lincoln for their expertise and friendliness they share with their customers. P.S. Our son had also purchased a Honda through Greg about a year before our first purchase, and he was so impressed with that he referred us to Greg. We're glad he did. More

Just bought our 6th Honda from Honda of Lincoln, once again, price was competitive, and customer service outstanding. Also, stopped by the dealership last week to get help with Tire Pressure Monitoring System and the service staff could not have been more friendly and helpful.
