I called several days in advance and scheduled my oil change, but there were several complications after my car was in the air and all it's go go juice was drained out. My car requires a special filter (no one knew this until removing the old one.) Greg and the service team had to order a special filter, have it delivered and replace it. Not to mention we discovered my car takes the millionaires milk grade of oil. Greg not only got the filter issue taking care of, but also got me the best price for everything I needed and researched how to do things better next time! He was incredibly polite, and made it the best sleep deprived poverty trip possible. Thank you so much for helping me, Greg! More
