Our first contact (via a phone call) was with Justin who went out of his way to verify that they had the vehicle we were looking for. From there he focused the attention on my wife, not me. TJ did an awesome job telling us about the vehicle with again the attention to my wife's needs. From start to finish I would give TJ 5 Stars! My wife even asked him for some of his business cards. Lauren did an awesome job in finalizing the deal. She made us very comfortable (no pressure).
