The experience with the finance department was not the sam his professionalism. This is my third Hyundai and I’m not likely to drive any other car. The experience with the finance department was not the same as sales, unfortunately. Multiple calls and email (post purchase) were not returned and negatively impacted my experience. Something that could have been resolved with a phone call necessitated me driving 1.5 hours on my day off. I still have unanswered questions but have moved on. The customer service representatives who manage the phones were well-spoken and professional as well. More
