Greg did an excellent job at following up with me during my decision about trading in my truck and finding a car that would be perfect for me. I started looking in July and was extremely patient with me as my decision about trading in my truck and finding a car that would be perfect for me. I started looking in July and was extremely patient with me as it took until the end of November to find what I needed. The wait was my part as I was unsure if I did want to trade. Once I decided that I was ready I still had some additional funds that I needed. With that being said Greg continued to be patient with me and continued to check in with me and let me know that he would be there when I was ready. He wasn't pushy with the follow ups and was pleasant. It was his follow up that brought me to having that feeling of more than just a customer and did care. I stayed with with him as I felt my loyalty was with him. I plan on using him in the future for any car purchase and will refer my friends to him also.
