I checked out what CarProUSA had to say about Mazda dealers in Northern California and Mazda of Elk Grove was the only one certified by them. I contacted Garrett Oxnaes, a sales manager at Mazda of Elk Grove, and the rest was quite easy. Garrett’s easy-going, down-to-earth, no-pressure nature made the whole experience about as pleasant as a car-buying experience can be. I would highly recommend Garrett (as well as the rest of the management and finance team) at Mazda of Elk Grove. More

This is our fourth purchase with Mazda of elk Grove and Mr. Garrett Oxnaes and each time he’s made it easy, seamless and stress-free can’t!! And he showed us the new MyMazda app with the Mazda connect serv Mr. Garrett Oxnaes and each time he’s made it easy, seamless and stress-free can’t!! And he showed us the new MyMazda app with the Mazda connect services so cool!! I can now start my new Mazda from my Phone and cool it off with the AC!! And I can’t say enough about the extras: lifetime car wash is extended warranty and then some!! I will definitely be back and we have three daughters that will be looking to get a cars next year when they get their license’s by the way their triplets!!! My family was in the market for a cross over and we initially looked at the Rav4. We had a bad experience at Fremont Toyota and heard great things about Garrett at Mazda of Elk Grove. We did everything over the phone and he sent pictures, answered all my questions with professionalism and patience. He was even understanding and cool about us changing colors at the last second! When we arrived to finally purchase our car, it had some manufacturer defects that were hard to notice, he spotted them when we walked around the car and made the repair process easy. The dealership was clean, the staff was friendly and I felt very safe and impressed with this dealerships Covid-19 procedures. It was night and day between the other dealership and this one. I also dealt with Grant Salge and Vu Huynh. Grant was respectful and welcoming. Vu was friendly and explained every option in the financial agreement clearly and informatively. I highly recommend this dealership and these individuals, they are stellar. More
