I had been considering getting a new car for several months. I visited Mazda of Elk Grove in December, but my husband and I decided to wait. We planned on revisiting our options over Memorial Day weekend. I remembered Garrett because of his excellent customer service and willingness to work with our schedules. I called him and set an appointment. Yesterday, he worked with my needs and allowed me to get a 2014 Mazda CX5. It was the original vehicle I wanted back in December, and thanks to Garrett, Joe and Grant, they made it possible. I highly recommend not only this location, but working with these guys if you're looking to either lease or purchase a car. You will only receive the best customer service, friendliness, and confidence that they'll work with your needs. More

Everyone was very Helpful and courteous. I spoke to my person at Toyota and he called Dave and got the information needed for me to take a test drive. Don't do like I did and waste a lot of time with those fly-by-nighters Go to Mazda Belgrove for a great car and a great price! But most of all a lot of friendly people! More

Omar was with another customer but came over to greet us and to let us know he will be turning us over to his associate Garrett Oxnaes. We were looking at the CX9 and we took it out for a test drive. We like the smoothness of the ride and the comfort of the front seats. Garrett was helpful in reviewing the notable features of the CX9. He particularly pointed out eh blind spot features and all that it does. He was courteous and patience as he explained it to us. Garrett took care of us through the Costco Auto Program and he did all he could do to get us the best deal. Thanks Garrett. Although we took 5 hours asking questions and trying to make a decision, he was very patient with us and did not force us into making any rash decisions. After answering all of our questions and finding the right price car for us, we had another great experience with the finance manager, Grant. He was very professional and helpful and tried to help us out with our situation (we are a young couple with not the greatest credit!). All in all we had a great experience and ended up getting a CX-5 for our growing family! More

We were looking for a mini van when we came to Elk Grove Madza and the staff was very helpful, and answered all my questions. After searching many dealerships we ended up purchasing our 2014 Mazda 6 from Mazda of Elk Grove. Jaik, Garrett and Grant were Great. We had a wonderful experience and the process was simple and quick. We had a 2000 Cadillac that was paid for but was getting tired. We are retired, on a budget and expressed that to the sales staff. We had been to 6 other dealerships shopping and as we arrived at Mazda of Elk Grove, we were greeted by Jaik Willmon. Never having owned a Mazda before, we had many questions. These were all answered very efficiently by Jaik. Being relatively new at the dealership, Jaik looked to Garrett Oxnaes for guidance regarding some of the process. Garrett was informative and eager to provide direction/assistance. Meeting our shopping list of Options on the vehicle and staying within our budget was no easy task as we discovered at the other dealerships we had visited. I am happy to say that this past weekend we bought our first vehicle from Mazda of Elk Grove. We believe our purchase was for a quality vehicle at a great price. Neither Jaik nor Garrett were ever pushy, always mindful of our budget, and our vehicle needs. Grant Salge was equally helpful, patient and thorough in his explanations as we finalized the purchase.
