They worked with us and we reached a deal via email (because our house is pretty far away) and they got us in and out in less than 2 hours. They were very clear and concise in their communication and provided the needed information to get our vehicle headache free. If we buy another Mazda we will definitely reach out. I own a 2012 Mazda 5 and all my service experiences have been excellent. This is why I decided to I buy my new 2017 CX-5 at Elk Grove Mazda. I took a test drive with Cooper; he was very courteous and knowledgeable about the features of the car. I came back with my husband and was helped by Marcus. He too did an excellent job showing us the vehicle and was very patient in helping us decide on the color we wanted. Thank you for your continual commitment in offering the best customer service. We are not wealthy by any means, but I wan I wanted to indulge myself by purchasing a car for me. No family minivans, 4 door sedans, or pickup trucks. We are not wealthy by any means, but I wanted something sleek and stylish. It was a choice between a Fiat Abarth or a MX-5. I visited the nearest Fiat dealer (25 miles away) and was not impressed by the sales person. He seemed indifferent to my needs. So I checked out my local Mazda dealer (3 miles away), and they had much more selections and colors. The sales staff was also very attentive and not pushy. What sold me was the reliablity track record of the Mazda brand and the special pricing that was advertised. I shopped around other nearby Mazda dealerships and they could not beat the price nor convenience factor of being local. I ultimately choose a new 2016 ceramic metallic MX-5. The car is beautiful and I get many compliments. The experience at the dealership outstanding and Grant was a gem and went above and beyond. Got the VIP treatment from Mazda USA corporate too. More

My husband had been in contact with Elias Gonzalez the previous night. We went in to meet with him and he exceeded our expectations! We had the 2017 Mazda 3 in our interest. He showed us the ins and outs of the car, answered all the important questions with genuine, knowledgeable answers. Not once did we feel pressured at this dealership. The employees were exceedingly kind and helpful. This was the best experience my husband and I have ever had at a car dealership. After our final decision, and leaving that day, we know we made the best decision for us. We are extremely satisfied with our 2017 Mazda 3. 10/10 would recommend. More

Bring a cashier's check or don't buy here! I have a Mazda 6 already and was going to buy a Mazda CX-5 at Elk Grove Mazda. I heard this is the best dealer in Northern Calif. Well if you do not I have a Mazda 6 already and was going to buy a Mazda CX-5 at Elk Grove Mazda. I heard this is the best dealer in Northern Calif. Well if you do not bring in a cashier's check and how you are supposed to know the final amount prior I don't know, you can not buy a car here. We spent way too many hours trying to buy the car we wanted. Seems a personal check is no good here. I will never return to this dealership as I have one within 10 minutes of us and this was a one hour drive to reach. They have a great rep but beware! More

After the test drive I told them I just wanted the figures and I would go home, sleep on it and make a decision. Not once did I feel pressure to buy. I really appreciated that because I didn't want to feel forced into a decision. Ultimately I came back the next day and made the purchase. The whole team was great. Elias was my main guy and he really took the time to explain the features of the car and differences between the packages. I would recommend to anyone. More
