We spent 5 minutes in the Kia dealership and that was all we needed to know this was not where we wanted to spend our money. We originally wanted a Kia vehicle more than other brands but went to other dealer we needed to know this was not where we wanted to spend our money. We sat down with Godfrey, who in the span of 5 minutes called us uneducated (yes, verbatim), spoke over us repeatedly before we could even give him any information, spoke only to my boyfriend despite me being the buyer, and was incredibly arrogant to the both of us. When he left to go grab keys to look at some vehicles, we immediately both wanted to leave as soon as possible and that was the entire reason we did not purchase from Kia and went with our previous dealership. When we left and went back to our previous dealership, even they were unsurprised and said they have rarely heard good things from people who have gone to Kia. More

Kia of Lincoln sold us a vehicle, and just 15 days later the engine completely failed. When we went back to ask why they sold us a car with such a serious issue, they showed us paperwork claiming everything the engine completely failed. They couldn’t give us a clear explanation.Now we’re stuck paying for a car that ended up in the junkyard. This has been an expensive and frustrating experience.Based on what happened to us, I would strongly recommend that anyone considering buying a vehicle from Kia of Lincoln have it thoroughly inspected by an independent mechanic before signing anything. We certainly wish we had.they are bunch of scammers. i would never recommend them to anyone. More
