I came back the next day (Saturday & w/o an appointment) for a sticker and to gather my new reg. I pulled up to the bay and they took me right in. My first point of contact was a young man who was super helpful with instructions, so professional & squared away for a young person I considered offering him a job. Danielle was also very helpful sending me texts asking me to let her know if I needed anything and then sending me pictures of my truck getting the sticker. Who does that!? It is rare nowadays I go anywhere and receive this type of customer service. Was interested in a new Maverick, wasn’t aware of the supply issues. Saw one on the Colonial Ford website on Tuesday, January 16 at about 10:00am. I started an on-line chat and soon received a call from Glenn Smith. Given the high demand we agreed that I should get there sooner rather than later. Drove up from Rhode Island to Plymouth in a wintery-mix storm, and arrived about 1:30 pm. I was immediately hooked and we closed the deal by 3:00 pm. I was driving my 2024 Lariat FX4 home on Thursday, January 18. Glenn was super from start to finish: professional, knowledgeable, and extremely personable. He answered all my questions, helped set up the FordPass account, made sure I got great value on the two vehicles I was trading in, managed all the documentation which made the registration process back in RI a piece of cake, and was truly a pleasure to deal with. Honestly, I never would have figured I’d be buying a vehicle in Plymouth, but I’m beyond happy that I did. The only reason I’m giving Glen and Colonial 5 gold stars is because I can’t give them 10!
