The moment I walked in, reception was quick to help and I was connected with Glenn Smith, one of the sales representatives. Glenn went above and beyond helping me with the vehicle I wanted to buy, which I I was connected with Glenn Smith, one of the sales representatives. Glenn went above and beyond helping me with the vehicle I wanted to buy, which I had found online. His knowledge and experience made the process of trading in my old vehicle, completing paper work thru the dealership, insurance company and registry a snap. The service department managed to get my inspection sticker even as it was close to closing time, so I didn't have to come back another day. I have never experienced such a smooth transition in buying a new car. The trade in price for my old car was very good and the price on the new car a bargain! Their facility is exceptional, clean and modern. I really liked the indoor viewing area. My car was outside and it was brought indoors for viewing. That made it easy to inspect, as I was there on a rainy blustery day. Every person I had an interaction with at the dealership was pleasant, knowledgeable and quick to help. I was always treated with respect and consideration. I would highly recommend Colonial Ford of Plymouth to anyone. More
