Within a short time, my wife and I felt that we were important to this dealership and they would help us to decide on a purchase of a new Cadillac. Uzma, our sales lady, greeted us with a friendly approach that felt sincere. We talked about our intent on purchasing a new car. We were impressed that at no time did we feel pressured to purchase but just to see what options were available. Once inside, Uzma introduced us to the General mgr,.and shortly thereafter Mr.Kelly,the owner and his wife came to Uzma's office and introduced themselves. The ultimate conclusion was the purchase of a new Cadillac. From the sales lady to the general mgr to the owner and even the finance man our experience was gratifying and we felt like we were working together as a team to satisfy my wife and I. I was at a high-end car dealership buying a pre-owned off-brand vehicle (Trailblazer SS) and was never made to feel rushed or that my sale didn't matter, which was the opposite of my expectations before walking in. The owner (I believe) introduced himself as well, which again, I did not expect while not being a high-tier buyer. Should I ever decide to buy a Cadillac, they have my business just out of principle. Customer Driven Dealer We were looking at a used certified Cadillac and the salesman offered to allow us to take the car home for a long weekend (Thursday thru Monday). Always nice to be able to evaluate the car for more than a 10-15 minute test drive accompanied by a sales guy. After deciding to purchase the vehicle, our financial information was submitted over the phone so that we were able to stop by for only 30-45 minutes and sign the necessary paperwork.
