Excellent Dealership My brother who is deaf was badly in need of a more reliable vehicle as he works two jobs and travels Rte 287 in the early morning hours. Plus his daily commute for both jobs is about 110 miles. We both live in central NJ and could have purchased a vehicle closer to us. Specially along Rte 22! Plus I hate to say it but he still gets taken advantaged of due to his handicap. We ended up at World Subaru after finding a few Foresters in Autotrader. The Forester we purchased was what was described but having met up with JR (Glen Miller) was the best part of the experience. He was very pleasant and got us in and out in no time. Very patient as I had to sign everything to my brother to make sure he understood what he was getting. They gave us an acceptable value for our trade plus an awesome interest rate for my brother who has a less than perfect credit score. Now he can re-establish his credit and thank you for the efforts from Michael(Warnock) with finance and World Subaru. If you want to deal with an excellent sales associate, ask for JR. You want an excellent Subaru dealership, deal with World Subaru in beautiful Tinton Falls, NJ. Did I say that they even fed us pizza! And did I say JR was courteous , cool and top notch? He is! The experience is always so degrading and troublesome and after 2-3 hours at a dealership, negotiating, going back and forth with all the other little tricks played during the process, I normally walk away with the feeling of defeat only to have the salesperson call the next day with the deal I ultimately requested from start. NONE of the old school tactics were used during my visit with World Subaru of Tinton Falls, New Jersey. From the time I walked into the dealership and was greeted by JR, the experience was way above my expectations. I knew the car I wanted, JR presented the numbers and the deal was made all within 5 minutes of me entering the dealership. JR is very knowledgeable and he presents himself with a lot of confidence. I think I have boasted and bragged more about my experience with JR and everyone else at the dealership than I have about the awesome 2015 Legacy Limited that I purchased. I just hope 10 years from now when I'm in the market for another car, JR is still working as a salesman at the dealership. Good, honest and knowledgeable salespeople are hard to find. It was my first time buying a Subaru and it was a great experience, got a great deal. He never forces anything on you during the process and is transparent when it comes time to negotiate. He's no BS kind of guy. Since then I've been back for routine maintenance on the vehicle and JR always makes a point to say hello. He remembers you, stuff about you, and even checks up via text a couple times a year to make sure you're happy with the car. Car dealers in general get a bad wrap, they wouldn't if more were like JR. First time Subaru buyer I was told by a friend this dealer was friendly and not pushy. I had already researched the model of interest. Arriving on Sat. at the opening time, I was told by a friend this dealer was friendly and not pushy. I had already researched the model of interest. Arriving on Sat. at the opening time, I was greeted warmly and assigned a salesman within 2 min. Salesman J.R. was friendly, knowledgeable and patient in answering all of my questions. As this was my first up-close look at a Subaru, I wanted verification of my online research as much of the newer technology was amazing. The test drive was awesome, and I found the Forrester was responsive, smooth to handle and comfortable, Everyone at the dealership was eager to please. My only issue was the time the entire process took to complete, approx. 4 hrs. Salesman J.R., ever the gentleman, kept me informed and apologized for the wait. He was fully respectful, pleasant and smiled, a cheerful soul. More
