This was the perfect fit for me and my family. He encouraged us to take a test drive, which we did. Once I drove it, I knew this was it. Hard to find a “full size” sedan. Glen went over different options and explained each. He made us feel very relaxed and not nervous about this big purchase. He’s a great representative of your dealership Tara Mullins was great. Explained all the features in the car and all the new technology. I asked quit a few questions, since I’m coming from driving an 18 yr old car. My car had very little technology. She can read her customer very well. When she saw that I looked overwhelmed, she stopped for a bit. I asked more questions. I felt very comfortable by the time she was done explaining. She told me to contact her with any questions. I’m sure I will. Tara is another good representative for this dealership. This was our first time looking at a Subaru and purchased an Outback Wilderness edition for a fair price. JR, our salesperson and Tara were amazing to work with!!! He took the time to make sure all of our questions were answered and did not pressure us. We were not familiar with the latest technology for the car and Tara took as much time as we needed to show me all of the car's features. I was very impressed when she attached my easy pass, set up my radio favorites, set up my blue tooth, and overall operation of the car. She also assured us of being available to answer any additional questions. I would highly recommend giving World Subaru a look if you are in the market for a new vehicle.
