We were given a thorough orientation by Daniella once my new Legacy was ready to go including connecting my phone to the Bluetooth system. Worst car buying experience ever! Found this dealer online via a search for a specific used Subaru. Paid $856 to have the car shipped to me from NJ to GA and to arrive by August 5th f Found this dealer online via a search for a specific used Subaru. Paid $856 to have the car shipped to me from NJ to GA and to arrive by August 5th for my son to drive to college. After they made the deal with me and the paperwork was completed, I was forgotten about. I had to follow up repeatedly asking about my car. It did not arrive until August 23rd well after my son had already gone back to college. During this period, I also had to follow up and make numerous requests for paperwork and a title fee refund check to be sent to me. So from start to finish....July 13th is when we made the deal but my card didn't arrive until August 23rd. A huge disappointment! More
