Moreover the person closing the deal was using predatory sales tactics by obsfucating hidden added fees through rapid conversation, confusion, and lack of empathy. Lastly the closing docs listed 6.49% rate when I was offered 5.5: luckily I noticed the discrepancy before signing and they ended up honoring the 5.5 rate. More

The next day the lady ( I don’t remember her name) who fills out the motor vehicle registration, etc. hits me with another $241 charge for transferring my plates. I was unaware and not informed of this additional charge. Guess I was lucky. I had a charge card on me. They knew I was transferring plates the day that we filled out the purchase order. And would return the next day with the check and pick up my car.. More
