4 runner lease Gilbert is a really nice guy. The part I don’t like about the experience isn’t his fault. I didn’t like how you communicate with several different peo Gilbert is a really nice guy. The part I don’t like about the experience isn’t his fault. I didn’t like how you communicate with several different people prior to coming in, you should be dealing with just one person from start to finish. Would go back to Gilbert again. Also thought it was strange that sales manager didn’t introduce himself. Previously at Range Rover and Audi the sales manager comes over to say thanks. Guess not with Toyota. Ms. Award was also very nice. More
