I had an appointment with Patricia, after waiting 30 min because she was with someone else, Gail ended up helping me. I waited almost 5 hours and the communication was minimum. Gil did great with test drive because she was with someone else, Gail ended up helping me. I waited almost 5 hours and the communication was minimum. Gil did great with test drive and trying to find me a good payment, but I could feel since the commission was split between him and Patricia the services wasn’t great . This is my 3rd lease and I really expected more. No one explained about pricing, interest, lease, lemon policy, check list on the new vehicle (features, ect) I can say much about Patricia because she did nothing other than installed the license plate and gave me the book of the car . More
