I was scheduled to pick up a car that my father had helped me purchase from Destination Nissan. My down payment was from the insurance after my previous car got totalled in an accident and I needed Gia helped me purchase from Destination Nissan. My down payment was from the insurance after my previous car got totalled in an accident and I needed Gianni to write me a loan for the remaining amount I could not cover. The day I picked up the car, I got a phone call from him saying he wanted to discuss a few things with me when I got there. That sounded a little suspicious given that I already knew the amount I needed a loan for. I went to the dealership with my girlfriend, who kindly drove me to the appointment and after we picked up the car we were taken to Gianni's office. He sat with us and went over some service plan options immediately. No service plans were ever part of the sale that was made and Gianni did not mention that I could refuse these service plans or at least take the business which was intended to be written and possibly add on service plans later. He even made it seem like I was locked into the service plan I chose. I came back to my dad and he was outraged that I was saddled with so many extra charges after he had already put the work into the deal. He had to come in the next day to get the service plans removed which, contractually, they could be. Gianni claimed to my dad that he had said I could refuse these add-ons. He never did. And he told my dad that he had presented my credit score as being higher than it actually was because he did not want me to feel embarrassed in front of my girlfriend. If you ever have to deal with Gianni to get a loan, I suggest you tell him up front no service plans! More

I just leased my third vehicle and never had a problem with receiving a paper bill monthly for my payments. I contacted the dealership twice as to why I have not received a bill and no one in financing go with receiving a paper bill monthly for my payments. I contacted the dealership twice as to why I have not received a bill and no one in financing got back to me. I drove up to the dealership to address this and was told I would receive a call the next day and get matter resolved. No one called so I contacted Nissan finance myself and was able to have them set me up on a paper bill. My concern now is will this affect my credit score since I have never had a problem paying my bill! Bottom line is that I received no assistance from the deaklership to resolve this matter and will take this in account whether I lease my next vehicle from this dealership. More

Richard was extremely helpful with recommending a vehicle that had all the safety features that I was looking for. He went above and beyond to get my 2026 Sentra ready for me when I requested an earlier pick that had all the safety features that I was looking for.
