My daughter bought her first vehicle there and the experience was horrible. Every step of the process was poorly handled. I bought a Jeep Renegade for my wife to be shipped to us. This is something we have done plenty of times in the past so we know how this whole process is supposed to work. The vehicle itself had some minor dings on it but otherwise everything seemed to check out in the videos they sent over. They kept talking about their "150 point vehicle inspection" aswell. This vehicle was clearly in a rear end collision at some point which was not disclosed to us. It is missing a tow hook, has no license plate lamps on a factory bumper?, and no tow hitch. On top of that we paid them asking price for the truck and included shipping etc. They refused to ship the vehicle. It took me 45 d40 something days to get the truck in my possession. I paid them to register it in California which they did not do, they took out the fitted plastic all weather matts from the backs eats and put in the cheap cloth ones. I was assured that I would recieve a refund of $1000 for the amount of time I spent waiting for the truck, arranging the shipping for them even though I paid them to do it. It was by far the worst dealer experience I have ever had and I have bought a lot of new and used cars over the years. More
