Before the sale, we were told the College Graduate Discount could still be applied once my daughter's employment offer letter came through, since it wasn't ready yet. We went ahead with the purchase based on that. When the letter arrived in early August and we submitted it as instructed, the dealership suddenly claimed the discount required being written into the contract at purchase — something we were never told beforehand. What followed was two months of total silence. We reached out to the finance manager, sales rep, general sales manager, and sales manager repeatedly, met with management in person, and even sent a certified letter to the general manager that USPS confirms was delivered. Not one response, at any level. The lesson: they'll treat you great while you're signing paperwork, and vanish the second you actually need them to follow through on what they promised.
