Great experience This is my first Lexus. I've been wanting a premium car for a while now and Lexus has always ranked at the top when it comes to service and dependabi This is my first Lexus. I've been wanting a premium car for a while now and Lexus has always ranked at the top when it comes to service and dependability. After looking around at various models from Volvo, Cadillac, Acura, and others, I decided on a Lexus RX 350. And the best part? It's a 2013 with only 6800 miles. I know, right? That is almost impossible, but there it is. Well, I know it's only been a few days, but I am not disappointed. Gerry was great and I'm very excited to start building the miles in my new car! More

Gerry Baker Exceeded Expectations My husband and I are in our 60's and it was time for a new car. Our current Lexus has over 130,000 miles on it, and we have had no trouble with it. My husband and I are in our 60's and it was time for a new car. Our current Lexus has over 130,000 miles on it, and we have had no trouble with it. So we decided to buy another Lexus. We are new to the area, and went to Herb Chambers because our experience with service at this dealership has been very good. Gerry Baker was our sales person. He was the consummate professional. He was very knowledgeable, patient and extremely flexible. We kept changing our minds about what car we wanted; we couldn't decide which model year and which features were most important to us. Gerry showed us several cars; and each time he was patient and very professional as we sorted out exactly what we were looking for. We ended up buying a new 2105 Lexus RX. We are very happy with it. Gerry has continued to be responsive even after the sale; and has helped us acclimate to the features ( and electronics!) on our new car. If you are looking for a sales person with integrity, knowledge and patience, I suggest that you ask for Gerry Baker at Herb Chambers Lexus. More

I already knew the professionalism and outstanding customer service because I purchase 3-4 cars from Gerry in the past. We discussed my goals first, reviewed what my best options were and started the process. Gerry did a great job breaking down the pros and cons of each model I was considering. A very good experience.. I ended up not purchasing a CPO Lexus ES350 from Herb Chambers, because I decided to purchase a different vehicle. However, my experience with Gerry I ended up not purchasing a CPO Lexus ES350 from Herb Chambers, because I decided to purchase a different vehicle. However, my experience with Gerry was nothing but fantastic. Gerry was very responsive to emails, but not overly aggressive. He was very polite, and considerate of my time when I visited the dealership. If you're looking for a car, you can't go wrong with Gerry of Herb Chambers Lexus. There's a reason they're the biggest player in the Boston market. More

It's been a real pleasure working with Gerry Baker for the fourth time leasing an RX350. He's very knowledgeable about the product he's selling. Each time has been an enjoyable experience.
