I originally brought my 2007 328i in for service, which, by the way, the service people are equally as awesome and trustworthy, but while there I noticed the 2 door 428xi. Chris Owens walked me over to the sales department where I was introduced to Rob Tobin, and the rest is history. Rob listened to me, found an exact match to what I was looking for, took his time and was patient with my questions and needs, and never pressured me to make a decision that I wasn't comfortable with. Rob was efficient, knowledgeable, kind, and made my experience down right fun! I love my new car and I'm thrilled to be a part of the Jake Sweeney BMW family.
