This has been, by far, the worst vehicle purchase I have made in 20 years of buying vehicles. I will admit that I bought the truck without seeing it in person, and that was a mistake I will not make again. made in 20 years of buying vehicles. The entire process was frustrating, but I was in a difficult situation and felt I had no choice. If I had not already wired the money before seeing the truck, I would have backed out of the deal immediately. When I flew from Nevada to Denver on a Saturday to pick it up, the employee who was supposed to meet me at the airport was extremely rude and made the experience even worse. Once I arrived at the dealership, I was disappointed by the truck’s condition. Although I understood it was used, I did not expect a 2024 Ram with only 45,000 miles to look so worn out. It had numerous scratches, dents in the tailgate, and the towing plug completely broke off the truck had also been heavily smoked in and signs of much heavier use than expected. The Carfax also listed a minor accident, but in reality, the entire passenger side had been replaced, which explained why that side looked brand new compared to the rest of the truck. About 30 minutes after leaving the dealership, I heard a loud noise coming from underneath the driver’s side. It went away briefly, so I continued driving to Montana, but by the next day the noise had become much worse. After owning the truck for only two days, I took it to a local Dodge dealership. They told me the transfer case was completely empty and that the internal components had broken apart, meaning the entire transfer case needed to be replaced. I contacted the dealership manager, who claimed the truck had passed two inspections—one in their shop and another at a Dodge dealership in Denver. However, the local dealership in Montana told me that could not be true because the transfer case fluid leak had clearly been there for quite some time. In their opinion, the truck had not been properly inspected. I understand that I should have looked at the truck in person, as I normally do, but I trusted this dealership and expected it to be better. Instead, I received a truck that was far more damaged than a 45,000-mile vehicle should have been. Thankfully, the warranty covered the transfer case replacement, but the dealership offered little help beyond saying it should be covered. Overall, this was a terrible experience. Spending $45,000 on a truck and then being unable to drive it for over a month, especially when it was supposed to be a work truck—has been extremely frustrating. From the manager to the employee who was supposed to pick me up at the airport, the entire experience was a nightmare. I strongly encourage anyone considering buying from this dealership to inspect the vehicle in person before committing. More

This has been one of the most unprofessional and disappointing dealership experiences I’ve ever had. I was told in writing that only a soft credit pull would be done to estimate my payments. Instead, they ran six hard inquiries on my credit, which severely damaged my credit score. What’s worse is that they showed no remorse. Instead of apologising, they actually threatened to remove me from their offices when I raised concerns. When TransUnion asked them to submit a cancellation request, they promised to handle it but never followed through. To make matters worse, they even altered the vehicle details before sending information to the banks, which made me look unqualified and gave them an excuse for the multiple hard inquiries. This dealership not only mishandled my application but also showed a complete lack of integrity and accountability. I feel deceived, disrespected, and left with long-term financial damage because of their actions. More
