Ezra, being at a higher level, was able to get me into a 2017 Toyota Rav4 Hybrid I have to say that Ezra, Jessie, Pam, Nick and Brent were excellent. Ezra, being at a higher level, was able to get me into a 2017 Toyota Rav4 Hybrid Limited at a price point that was better than any of the dealerships in the area. Additionally, was very kind and patient with the many questions and comments I had. Pam also was very kind in answering questions I have if Ezra was unavailable. Jessie ended up being the contact and help in going through the complexities of actually paying for and picking up my car and was most kind. Nick and Brent were very helpful in bringing a few Rav4 Hybrids up to look at and even test drive... Oh yes, and George was so kind and personally interested in helping me add a tow hitch with wiring, the results of which was excellent. I would like to use this opportunity to thank them all. More

This was the first time I worked with Jason he worked extremely hard to get me the deal I wanted. We spent a lot of time e-mailing back and forth since my time was limited and it was hard for me to come in. When he got the SUV in I went to the dealership and everything he told me he had done he did it was a quick and easy transaction. Jason went over all the options and how everything worked, he was extremely knowledgeable on everything on the SUV. I also worked with Pam in the finance she was very quick and accurate. She gave me all the choices I had for extra package. I have also used the services department for almost 20 year and would not trust anyone else with my truck. Enter the first salesman who failed miserably and didn't even try to help, I had to cross the street to what I assumed was a different dealer. It was however still Royal Moore. I got the opportunity to meet two sales people that did outstanding, Leah ultimately helped me find exactly what I wanted in an Audi! Leah you were amazing thank you. I drove off the lot a happy man and the smile continued as I rolled my new car around until the next day when it started overheating. I called Ezra who is a sales manager and he didn't hesitate to help in every way possible. Thank you Ezra, you helped turn what would have been a nightmare into continued great experience. I can't timber every ones name that helped that day, the first salesman was bad, the second took me to several different lots attempting to help as much as he could, forgive me for not rendering your name. Also the jovial Broncos fan that pushed the paperwork through I appreciate your time! Dont ever let go of Leah, because in the grand scheme of it all, she made this happen! During the process, he kept me updated on the build and delivery status electronically -- very low touch process for me. A big value for someone who is busy.
