I absolutely love working with J&S Auto Haus. ..as the experience was nothing short of EXCELLENT! I worked with Joseph to get me the best pricing on the car I wanted...and it took no more than 2 ..as the experience was nothing short of EXCELLENT! I worked with Joseph to get me the best pricing on the car I wanted...and it took no more than 2 hours to get back to me with the best price...which saved me thousands off the price! No haggle pricing and the purchase through their finance department maybe took 15 minutes tops. The car arrived 2 days later to me in South Carolina and the condition was better than I could have ever hoped for!!! I even got a personal video thank you from George (one of the owners)...just goes to show that J&S Auto Haus will go above and beyond for their customers!!! I will definitely be coming back to buy another car from them....super happy with my purchase! More

This is a dealership that doesn't honor their word. They will make a deal with you and then sell the car to someone else. They have no issue going back on their word, and that is a problem for me. I am a returning customer, I bought a 911 for around $100k just 18 months ago. Now looking to add a 718 Cayman, we reached a deal, text quote "you have yourself a deal!". I followed every instruction, did the credit app, everything they needed. They sold the car out from under me, despite all of the above. The communication after that was just ridiculous lie after lie about what happened. An insult of top of what happened. If that's how they treat me - a returning customer who buys cars all the time, has a fantastic credit score and am a lock to close a deal, how will they treat you? Complete waste of time and energy. Service matters. Your word matters. More

Of course the car had only been in their inventory for about 5 days, and they sensed I was not leaving without the car. Seriously a great experience all around; Got a pic with George and had a great discussion about the social media program. Would recommend J&S all day! Thank you guys! More
