Tim pr amazing and made the buying process really smooth and stress-free. He went above and beyond for me in explaining everything about my vehicle. Tim provided great service and he most certainly knows his stuff. I was looking for a pre-owned vehicle on the lot with low mileage and had I had a particular vehicle in mind. So I really appreciate Tim for placing me in the van of my dreams! It looked brand new being a used car and Tim handled me very well. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles at Milosch’s Palace. He was extremely kind and knew just what I wanted based on my interests. I drove off happily and confidently because of Tim’s superb customer service. More

He's a car lover and after closing the deal, he had no additional customers, so we talked cars while I waited to sign the paperwork. George was also very knowledable about the truck I bought and did a great job of showing my wife and I all the features when we came back to pick up the truck. More
