Friendly atmosphere and easygoing peraonality I came in to service my car and reached out to George Okoth who took 3 hrs of his time to help me decide between 2 vehicles to lease. After reaching I came in to service my car and reached out to George Okoth who took 3 hrs of his time to help me decide between 2 vehicles to lease. After reaching a price point on a car, and approved by sales manager Marcello was told the GM did not approve of the deal. Very disappointed after having met a new manager, in the service lounge, whi told me they like to make sure that they keep Kia customers happy even if they upgrade the car the currently are leasing. I did not find this to be true. I want to thank George for his patience through this process. Not sure I will remain a Kia customer. More
