Night and day difference dealing with Beaver Toyota and than the previous dealership, St Augustine Toyota. We had a great experience with Kosta, George, & Daniel! Was hesitant about going back to the Toyo than the previous dealership, St Augustine Toyota. We had a great experience with Kosta, George, & Daniel! Was hesitant about going back to the Toyota dealership in St Augustine after an especially bad experience last year when my husband and I purchased a previously owner vehicle. We were given the run around during that transaction. This past weekend surpassed last year's experience by a long shot. Kosta was very friend'y and informative, no high pressure sales. The new Beaver Toyota is a totally different dealership then the Toyota most of us remember in St Augustine. The salesman I had the privelage of working with was Burt Bonjour. After being treated like trash at a few other dealerships, it was nice to finally get a salesman like Burt whose sole purpose was to make sure I was happy with whatever vehicle I purchased. I also had the privelage of working with George May who was very professional and even after the numbers for the new vehicle were written out, he never pushed me to make a decision. In the end, I bought a new vehicle from Beaver Toyota in part because I loved the vehicle and because of the wonderful sales team I had the privelage of working with, Burt Bonjour and George May.
