I had vehicle scheduled for 2 issues and at end of the day , the primary issue was not addressed . We bought a van from Shultz Ford. The day after the check engine light came on. Turned out to be a bad transmission. I called them back to talk with them about it. Someone from their mechanic shop called and left a message but I am still not able to schedule anything with them. I feel SO STUPID for trusting anyone at Shultz Ford. This bad transmission will cost me over $4,000 to fix. Any decent dealer would offer to pay at least half for selling a lemon, assuming they didn’t know how bad it was. But not Shults Ford! They just hang up on you. More
