Terrible experience. I have Ford tire warranty. My car was towed here. Took 3 days of me calling to get the tire fixed. When I did get it back, there was a rod hanging down under the car scrapping on that was towed here. Took 3 days of me calling to get the tire fixed. Should of skipped Ford tire plan and gone to Belle Tire, at least I wouldn’t of been without a vehicle for 3 days. More

I've had a Ford for the past 7 years and have found the service at Royal Oak Ford to be outstanding. George always does a great job and I appreciate their prompt shuttle service. I was considering buying a General Motors car this time though, because of their ONSTAR feature. But yesterday I heard on the news that GM is going to fight the California emissions standards and that was the deciding factor. I made the decision to go with Ford because they are taking action to help protect the environmnet. More

I reached out to George my favorite service specialist to see who he recommended since our previous sales rep had retired and he recommended Devin Carrier. He asked Devin to reach out to me and within five minutes we had spoken and set up an appointment for later that day. I knew that I wanted another Flex and he had the one I wanted ready and waiting for me to take a test drive. I really appreciated his care and patience when it came to dealing with not only myself but my husband and two small children. He kept all of us entertained and taken care of during the long car buying process. Devin was a pleasure to work with and I look forward to buying many cars from him in the future. He has followed up with me a few times already to ensure that all is well. That just goes to show you how passionate he is about his job and his clients.
